According to the CDC, 2014 is the largest outbreak of Ebola ever. They are monitoring the problem closely but think that the risk it will spread to the USA is low. Right now the countries hardest hit are in West Africa. The saddest part about Ebola is that it is a mortality rate rather than a fatality rate. We don’t talk about those that die, because they outnumber the survivors, we talk about those that live. Out of 100 people it is likely 80 will die from the virus.
